In-Warranty Units you will receive an e-mail message back with an RA# and the shipping address of our Product Service Center.
Equipment failure due to user negligence and unauthorized alterations or repairs (to instruments and options) automatically voids the remaining warranty. Units that are operated or installed in ways other than outlined by JDSU's literature or operating manuals also are not covered.
Out-of-Warranty Units you will receive a phone call within one business day with the repair cost, and if you choose to move forward an RA# will be issued. The shipping address of our Product Service Center will be provided. A credit card or purchase order will be requested at that time.
